You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order.

The returned items can not be worn and should have all the tags in place. REMEMBER: Include the return form in the package.

Send the package to the following address. You choose the delivery method and cover the cost of returning the products.
REMEMBER: we do not collect COD (Collect On Delivery) packages sent at the expense of the store and packages sent to any Parcel Pick up points.

Products purchased online should be returned to our warehouse (address above).
Products purchased in one of our LOCAL HEROES flagship stores should be returned directly in the shop, where they were purchased.

We will refund you within 14 business days from the arrival of the product to our warehouse.

We don't offer exchanges of products. If you need a different size or model, please process a return of your initial order and place a new order for the chosen products.

You can return a product within 2 years from the date of purchase if the products does not match the description, is incomplete or you discover a manufacturing fault. 
If you wish to return a damaged item, please send us an e-mail at [email protected] providing a photo of the fault and a short decription of your claim. We will guide you through the process and ask you to fill out the form.

After we receive the damaged product, we will inform you about our decision via e-mail within 14 days.

 

We don't accept a return of a damaged item claim if the product:

  • has signs of normal wear and tear 
  • has a mechanical damage
  • wasn't fitted properly
  • has self-performed repair signs
  • wasn't used according to the intended use
  • wasn't washed according to washing instructions 
  • wasn't ironed with proper temperature
  • has food stains
  • has stains caused by contact with a disinfected surface (COVID-19)
